Apple has released iTunes 10.2.1 for Windows and Mac OS X. This version enables you to Sync your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch with iOS 4.3 and adds some improvements and bug fixes.

MuscleNerd of the iPhone Dev Team has confirmed few hours ago that the new version of iTunes is safe for jailbreakers. This version will be required by iPad 2 and all devices to update to iOS 4.3.
