Great news for All, Saurik has just updated his wonderful tool Winterboard, it gets full support for iOS 4 compatibility, He fixed all previous issues and problems in the previous version. Winterboard has been Updated to v0.9.3211-1 and you will like it.
You can get Winterboard for iOS 4 by searching in Cydia for Winterboard (Must get Bigboss repo), If you haven't jailbreak (didn't get Cydia) your iOS 4 yet, then You can follow the guides below:
